2. How We Use Your Information

To process and deliver your orders — we cannot fulfil your purchase without your name, phone, and address.
To send order updates — confirmation, dispatch, and delivery notifications via email or WhatsApp.
To improve our store — understanding which products are popular helps us stock what you love.
To manage returns and complaints — so we can resolve issues quickly.
To credit affiliates — if you arrived via a referral link or used an affiliate coupon code, we record that attribution to pay the referrer their commission.
