Returns exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and exchanges work at Jhalak by Fatima.
Return window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days we're unable to accept returns.
Condition
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
What can't be returned
- Customised or stitched-to-measure orders
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Items damaged through wear or washing
How to start a return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. Reach us via our Contact page (WhatsApp, call or email). We'll confirm your return and share the return address — please don't ship anything back before we confirm.
Exchanges
Want a different size or design? We're happy to exchange, subject to availability. If the new piece costs more we'll share the difference; if it costs less we'll refund the balance.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7–10 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash to an account of your choice.
Return shipping
Return shipping is arranged by the customer, unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent in error — in those cases we cover it.
Wrong or damaged items
If you received a wrong or damaged item, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you — an unboxing video helps us resolve these fastest.
